Good afternoon. I would really like to share my impressions of your hotel. To be honest, my first impressions were not very pleasant, I can't say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But when my family and I were already in Warsaw, we discovered that our passports were left at your hotel. We called the reception and said that we would soon come for our documents. Unfortunately, there was a small misunderstanding and our documents ended up in the lost property room. But everything was changed by one small, very helpful and nice girl Natalia!!! Thanks to her, I am now at home and writing this message!!!!! Natalia, thank you very much again!!! And of course to the girl who works in the bar (unfortunately, I did not find out her name) Only thanks to such people, you begin to believe in kindness!!!!!

Ibis Hotel exceeded my ecxpectations. I arrived with my daughter to bring her in the morning to the language camp. Since the very beginning the staff was amazingly and unassumingly helpful. Great young people. The receptionist women, the breakfast gentlemen and ladies, cleaning ladies, the lady at the evening bar. The hotel is spotless clean. I often stay at IBIS hotels at numerous locations in Europe not to exceed the costs but to focus on business and I may honestly say that the staff at this hotel gave me priority experience and it truly deserves best of appreciation from whoever manages them. I would love to have these people at my company. Truly. So, if you are their manager... take good care of them.

We really liked everything. Children even got free teddybears. It was a simple clean hotel. When I was reading comments I was affraid we will not be able to sleep beacuse of the noise. But it was not so. We slepf very well, we did hear some trains but nothing to much. We were in teh 5th floor and the children were able to sleep the whole night normaly. Also air conditioning was great because it was hot outside. The prking garage was a nice addition, also breakfast was great and tasteful. Would recomend this hotel anytime. Location is 5 minuts to the park with a playground and also 5 minuts to the main street.

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, combining quality service with affordability. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit.

Fantastic location opposite Stary Bowar, close walk to the Old Town and short distance from the main train station. Very modern rooms and bathrooms. Good value for the money. Deserves a mention - KAMIL on reception, very helpful, efficient and pleasant check in despite the fact it was very busy ( New Year's Eve ), helped to order a taxi too. Our room was very quiet which was great!
