The hotel is located in a modern high-rise building, just a couple of minutes from a tram stop. It's only a few stops from the main train station and within walking distance to the city’s central square and historic town hall. Right across the street, there’s a large shopping mall, which is super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with a good air conditioner, blackout curtains, and solid soundproofing for a restful sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. There's also a microwave available in the lobby for guests who want to heat up food.

Good afternoon. I would really like to share my impressions of your hotel. To be honest, my first impressions were not very pleasant, I can't say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But when my family and I were already in Warsaw, we discovered that our passports were left at your hotel. We called the reception and said that we would soon come for our documents. Unfortunately, there was a small misunderstanding and our documents ended up in the lost property room. But everything was changed by one small, very helpful and nice girl Natalia!!! Thanks to her, I am now at home and writing this message!!!!! Natalia, thank you very much again!!! And of course to the girl who works in the bar (unfortunately, I did not find out her name) Only thanks to such people, you begin to believe in kindness!!!!!

Fantastic location opposite Stary Bowar, close walk to the Old Town and short distance from the main train station. Very modern rooms and bathrooms. Good value for the money. Deserves a mention - KAMIL on reception, very helpful, efficient and pleasant check in despite the fact it was very busy ( New Year's Eve ), helped to order a taxi too. Our room was very quiet which was great!

I recently stayed with my family and was thoroughly impressed. The staff, especially the receptionists and cleaning ladies, were incredibly helpful and kind. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options every morning. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, combining quality service with affordability. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit.

Was really good , really friendly staff. We are staying there for second time and didn’t regret that we choose this place. Perfect location close to everything what we needed at the day Pet friendly and that’s big YES YES YES Definitely will return
